Won this lot and after the invoice was paid, the auction house went silent... I followed up with them a few days later, and then they told me "The owner/consignor changed their mind and decided to keep the item. We have refunded your paypal account." Never expect they could do that, how could the bidders ensure peace of mind then?

This is the second item I have purchased from Kotler. The first one was damaged in shipping but they dealt with me fairly and I love the item. The second item-Jensen pin is stunning and I received it quickly. I would buy from Kotler again.
