I can only recommend to buy here if you can pick-up yourself. The recommended packing + shipping comapnies are far and beyond the usual charges...

The items were received as described. The company that usually ships from them quoted me a very high price, but the auction house was able to work with me to ship the small jewelry items in a reasonable manner. Thank you

The auction house does not clearly mention on lot's pages that they do not provide shipping or packing services. Scummy and not transparent, but it gets worse. WHAT'S WORSE, when you win an item, they give you a list of "shipping providers" they work with, who all then quote you 20-30 times what the quote should be and refuse to use Royal Mail or cheaper (yet reliable) service. Dishonest auction house, predatory, refuse to listen to any reason in communication, just keep emailing repeating "you have to pay". Highly recommend to stay away! The worst experience I have ever had bidding on world auctions for the last 7 years!

This is an excellent service which meets its promises and accurate descriptions.

Models were described as mostly mint unfortunately the models were all very much playworn, only two or three could be described as mint. Was over charged on fees, sent a separate invoice from live auctioneers with a higher percentage. Overall disappointing
