Unfortunately, I have noticed quite a few untrustworthy auction houses participating on this platform recently, and was hesitant to bid with a firm new to me. Fortunately, my experience with Berkeley Auction Gallery was (almost) entirely positive from beginning to end. The lot I purchased was accurately described, and many photographs were provided taken from all angles. The staff members were responsive to my questions throughout the auction and post-auction process. I took possession of the chest in person. The Berkeley professional encouraged me to thoroughly inspect the items, ask any remaining questions, and sign the necessary documents. She helped me carefully bring the lots to my SUV and pack them safely and securely for my drive home (about 2 hours away). The personal attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BERKELEY AUCTION GALLERY TO LIVEAUCTIONEERS CUSTOMERS, AND I LOOK FORWARD TO FUTURE BUSINESS DEALINGS TOGETHER.
