lovely sugar spoon, it came in a timely manor and was very well packed

I accidentally bid on an item and was outbid, then the next day I recieved an email saying I had won and an invoice for wayyyy more then I was willing to pay. When I asked to have my order cancelled since I hadnt even intended to bid on the item, I was told my only options were to either pay in full and just get a store credit, or pay the buyer's premium ($1, 200) and get nothing in return. The items they list are not theirs, they are random listings from other websites using the exact same images. Incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive when I asked for help

Avoid Auction House!! We noticed the bag and liked images and description. We read policy and it said to read description and take note of photos as they were both to act as the physical description and item description. Then, we saw another auction house with identical photos, and then a second auction house, a third and forth auction house using the identical photos for auctions occurring 2, 3 and 3-1/2 weeks later. We ultimately won the auction and we kept messaging the auction house about why the item we won had identical photos in other auctions yet to run and how could we trust we’d actually get the item shown? They told us they use “REPRESENTATIVE PHOTOS” and it states as Much in their terms and conditions. We wrote a review stating the same thing and they responded stating that it says to read the terms and conditions and they offer to provide additional photos in the two weeks before the auction (mind you-if you ask too soon to the end of the auction, they will deny your request for additional photos as they will claim they don’t have enough time to procure them. And, if you join the app less than two weeks before the auction ends, you will fall into the position of requesting those photos too soon to the end of the auction to no fault of your own.) So, 3 days to the end of the auction we join the app. We look around and later in the next day see new auctions for the same item we bid upon. We make our inquiry into the duplicate photos and they tell us they use “representative photos.” Our bid in binding and we won. They wouldn’t provide photos as they deemed it was too close to the end of the auction. So we won a bag the auction house sampled from multiple bags. Only one photo belonged to the bag. 1) it does NOT state they use “representative photos” in their terms and conditions. They stated they use them after we questioned them via private messaging. They state to look at the images supplied and read the inspection report. CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!

This a fantastic watch. I surprised my wife and she was ecstatic. It is beautiful. I have purchase from Bidhaus before and value their team and trust them. They are very professional...

The items I received from this auction were as described and an excellent condition. It did seem like it took a very long time to actually receive the order is all.

Unbeknownst to the buyer, Bidhaus admitted to us in writing they utilize “REPRESENTATIVE PHOTOS” that may or may not reflect that actual bag they are selling. The bag may have already sold, may not be the bag in the listing, may be a bag in a different auction houses ’ auction, may have sold on a different platform, and even still, they will use these photos and state for the buyer to read the condition report and view the photos they provided (again, NOT OF THE ACTUAL ITEM BECAUSE THEY ARE “REPRESENTATIVE PHOTOS”) and bid accordingly. If you want to ask for more photos, ensure you haven’t just joined the app and are asking for images as they will tell you no. They will say the “representative photos” and listing have been up for two weeks and you had ample time to ask and will deny you the courtesy. If you want to cancel because their cancelation policy is of course in their favor where they comes their 25 % commission. These bags are on every other website, which we pointed out as well, even after they sold, so again, it is bait and switch. They show you photos of a bag, no, you don’t get the bag, you get a “representative” bag that is in the style of the photos but not with the same flaws, same coloration, same Murakami pattern, same water marks, same creases or anything else. As an artist in a prior incarnation in my life, I can look at a photo and a bag a see how the two are not alike easily. Bidhaus requires it to be different by more than 10 %. The measurements were off by more than 10 % and even that wasn’t enough. That was OBJECTIVE data, not SUBJECTIVE to light and shadows. Avoid the app as a whole. We spoke to other auction houses who presented the same photos after we won-they ran the photos of the bags we won even after we shared the lots numbers of the items we won. The con is rampant across multiple houses.

As a new member who never had any auction experience, things couldn't have been easier. The necklace arrived as i expected it based on the listing and its gorgeous. I was nervous about how it would be arranging shipping but they make it easy for you! Shipping wait time was worth it.

Terrible Auction house. Packing was horrific. Many glass pieces missing from box which isn't a surprise based on the fact no bubble wrap was used. You lie to your customers and your shipping department customer service is terrible. $800 worth of items and shipping and it may have well as been from the dollar store with how you packed it. Pending credit card dispute! Couldn't pick up because their listing lied about where the item was! Jon from shipping department has an attitude and has no idea how to deal with customer issues or service. My sconces have a $1.00 price tag on them when I received them. They are misrepresented and now waste of money since there are several pieces missing. Emailed for refund and you want to charge me $120 penalty and get nothing. Terrible auction and will never deal with again. Misrepresented all aspects of this transaction. Buyer beware!!!

This auction company has been very slow with my delivery... I sent them an email and was told that they were going to deliver as fast as possible... That was two weeks ago... I have received items from England FASTER!!!

As described. no complaints. Great auction house, pretty fast shipping compared to other auction houses on here.

We would not use this site ever again. We are still waiting for the item. There is a "delay" with no suggestion of a delivery date. It's been weeks and yet my credit card is charged.

The item I received, I purchased in as is condition as far as prior usage and normal wear and tear upon opening the package in the bag. My living room was full of soot and black debris. The bag has obviously been in a fire with severe smoke damage. I sent numerous videos of the smoke and dust flying out of the bag when opened as well as the black debris that had ruined clothing that I was wearing when I opened it, the auction house dismissed all of it even though the misrepresentation was obvious will never be bidding with them again please be aware

The Chanel bag that I received was ill represented. The bag itself is in very bad condition and was represented as in very good condition. There have been a couple of items I have purchased from this auction site that have been decent, but the last few have been very poor. I will not be bidding on items from this place again unfortunately

I bought a beautiful aquamarine and platinum necklace. The process was seamless. The pictures didn't do the item justice. it is absolutely gorgeous. Great to wear alone or layered with other necklaces.

The preview and auction process was fine. Payment, including their shipping invoice, was immediate. The problem is that no alternative shipping arrangements were offered. When I contacted them about exorbitant shipping costs, payment had already been taken. After 3 weeks I have not received the item, they have not returned my phone call or email inquiry. Beware.

Like so many others, I was bidding for an item and then was outbid and lost, so proceeded to purchase a similar item online. Then at the end of the auction, I was informed that I had the winning bid. I disputed this, as I had screenshots showing that I was outbid, but was offered a credit or to pay the Buyer's Premium. There is no option to speak with anyone, so all communication must go through email or voicemail. Like others, I suspect that bids get placed by bots or in-house to run up prices and then when actual bidders stop, suddenly the last bid is retracted and you're the winner. Also suspicious is their inability to provide shipping costs for items in auctions which don't allow local pick-up, so you have no idea what the required shipping charges will be. I suggest avoiding.

First time winner here and it was a very pleasant experience. I would do business with again with no hesitation.

Bidhaus is selling product that is not produced yet and in their possession delaying shipping to you. Their initial email will offer a ship date which is not accurate followed by an email pointing out the small print that says they have 4-6 weeks to provide.

Bidhaus is clearly one of my favorite companies to buy from and they have first class items to offer

All issues at this auction are resolved quickly and in the interests of the auction participants. The auction itself sends the lot to the winner and this is very convenient. It quickly responds to letters. The auction system is convenient for trading. In a word, they are just great and I am very pleased. I recommend this auction to everyone.

I get the impression this company is some sort of scam. No communication, no shipping or tracking, no item received. I would not recommend bidding with them.

Bidhaus sells items they do not have. They advertise items listed in other sites i. e. eBay etc. And once you pay they buy the item and get it shipped to them then ship it to you at massive premiums. They wanted to charge me over $500USD to ship a couple of watches and after two weeks they are still not giving me responses. Check thier auctions, all of the pictures if searched online are exactly the same as current listings on other auction sites.

I bid on and won a LV bag that was advertised as AB condition. Pictures showed a pristine bag with no wear or water marks. The bag they sent me was not at all what was in the picture. The bag had water marks on many pieces of the leather straps. The hardware was scratched and very worn. I reached out to Bidhaus and have been waiting for almost a month for any communication from them. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and BIdhaus responded to them that "all sales are final". Which I do understand the policy. However, Bidhaus misrepresented the item during the auction which I bid on and did not send me the ACTUAL item I spent $1300 on. I really would like to just return this bag that I will never use and get the actual bag that I bid on. I will NOT be bidding on any additional items from this auction house.

This auction house listed the wrong ring size without specifying that it was a "European size" which is unusual for a US auction. Please be careful shopping as you may get stuck carrying the bag..

Great customer service

Payment scheme is misleading (hidden charges!) and shipping costs and process take advantage of the customer. Will never bid again.
