Misled
I never received my necklace. The company contacted me and said they understood my concerns that I was bidding on an item that was not described correctly. 4 months later my account has still been charged and I have nothing. I do not want the item I bid on because it was described as a one and a half CT. Diamond however it was a 1 and a half CT cluster. Which has a lesser value. I would not consider this practice fair or legal. i was also told by the company they would make me something much nicer but never heard from them again. Please only contact me through my email if you would like more info on this company

Do a Google image search.. the items are on eBay
Bidhaus is simply buying an item off eBay after someone wins it and then charging a buyer premium on top of the eBay price to make their cut. The problem is they don't have tje items. So the bag I won was actually on eBay and is in Japan.. now Bidhaus is saying the item won't ship until the 19tj. A full 20 days after I paid. No idea when or if I will ever receive the bag. Really misleading

The two items I bid on and received were mis-sized as to the ring and the earrings fit differently than shown. Bidhaus was great with their reply and help was given. Have bid with them a few times now and will continue to do so. So pleased.

Scam
I pre-bid on several items but was outbid. Therefore, I did not follow the auction. To my amazement I was congratulated for winning the bid on 2 items that I had never seen. I only became aware of them when I saw a $1500 charge on my credit card. They immediately sent one of the items. That gave me the opportunity to research the value only to discover that it was worth a quarter of what they charged me. The other item I am stuck with their auction fee of $240. Beware, as long as they have your credit card and IP address, you could end up buying anything,

Item was brand new
There was only one picture of the chandelier that I purchased and the description was not very good. I thought I was purchasing a used chandelier but instead it was a brand new fixture still in it's original box that has to be assembled.. Complete waste of money

Professional service-very satisfied customer
The supervisor from Bidhaus was responsive and very professional in responding to my concerns about two rugs I purchased from them. I appreciated his sincerity and willingness to address the issue, and I hope to do business with them in the future. Excellent customer service is hard to come by, but I did find it at Bidhaus.

Read ALL the guidelines
Make sure you read everything. Not satisfied with the auction process either. My item I won at $160 cost me almost $260. The buyers premium was 25 % of total. And shipping was another expense. This site came recommended to me by a friend. My fault for not reading every darn word. Lesson learned. I also believe there is shill bidding going on here. It seems too sketchy that there were only 59 people on the site and the bidding kept going up until it her what I think is a hidden reserve price. Happened too many times. Just beware. I’m deleting my account after this review. Just don’t think this is a trustworthy or honest site.

I dont even think they had this item in hand or a warehouse. I won the auction over 2 weeks ago and there has not been a shipping notification sent. Just notification of delays.

Payment, shipping and receiving goods.
They expect payment immediately upon invoice delivery! So I paid the total in full. But the problem with that invoice, is that it is not the ending total as I received three additional emails requesting more money to be paid before they would ship. They advertised free shipping on certain items (none of what was in the auction) shipping was advertised as three days after payment along with tracking information forwarded. No one you can call and talk to, all communication is email. After being forced to pay the additional charges (or never get your item) it was two more weeks of nothing. Finally after three weeks and many emails requesting information about my shipment, I was told it should be shipped in another week. I received no tracking information at all. Then finally received email notice that missed deliveries due to no body to sign (which never happened as I am retired and am home every day) I then had to drive to my neighborhood CVS store to pic up my shipment. I feel if I have to pay 80.00 for delivery it needs to come to me period! I feel my 280.00 purchase should not end up costing me 500.00 and have all the issues attached. I will not, and I hope who ever reads this will not ever use this Bidhaus auction house as they are absolutely horrible to deal with.

Won but Lost!
How do you list an item and tell me you didn't have the diamond pendant after I won? He never had the item, even when I paid for the pendant. I called a week after winning to see when they had shipped the pendant and was told they didn't have it! I stopped payment on the pendant then.

Beautiful art from Bidhaus
I have purchased a lot of handbags, jewelry and clothing from Bidhaus but had not yet purchased any art. This and another piece were my first art pieces from Bidhaus and I could not be more pleased. They are FAR more beautiful in real life, the framing is impeccable and I am over the moon. I would definitely buy more art from Bidhaus.

Be Careful Item Defective
The consignment store you purchased the bag from did not inspect the item well or it was glued at the ends. Not possible for me to throw in my wallet, phone, and lipstick and it broke within a couple hours of usage. I am sad cause I've purchased from you all before and never had issues.

Please note that our terms and conditions state that we aim to ship items within 5-10 business days, but shipment may take up to 3 weeks from the payment date. Your package was shipped within 2 weeks of the payment date and was received by you within 3 weeks from the payment date. This timeline is in line with our stated shipping policy. As a digital auction house, we operate without the burden of carrying physical inventory. Our business model is built on providing our vendors with an additional sales channel that does not require them to change their way of operating. We automatically connect to their inventory systems to know in real-time what items are available. We continuously test availability before the auction begins to ensure we have the most up-to-date inventory, though we can never be 100 % certain due to various technical reasons, including human error. Virtual inventory allows us to offer a wider variety of items to our customers at more attractive price points from various parts of the world.
