I am very pleased with the picture I received. It looks even better than it did on the photo on the website. Very well packaged and also included the certificate of authenticity which was very detailed about the place and location it was signed.

The folks at NGU are honest. I overpaid; and they caught it and let me know. They are patient and also go out of their way to provide suggestions on how to mount or frame the items I purchased. I will definitely do business with them again.

Kane was awesome to work with. Everything was delivered on time. The items were better than the pictures. I will definitely purchase items from Kane again!

I won a Bruce Springsteen signed guitar that unfortunately, was damaged in shipping. I contacted the company and Kane was awesome! I shipped it back and received a perfect condition replacement shortly after. Thank you so much for finding me a replacement! I love it! You really know how good a company is when you have a problem. These folks came through!

The item was different than pic showed and shipping little high for actual cost. But product received was virtually same and authentication provided nicely.

This is sadly a very negative review as I have been waiting 5mths for this person who owns NGU Memorabilia to refund me a damaged album he sent. He has $500 dollars and I sent the album back signed for. I am very upset with this process and he refuses to respond and the main auction house has not been very helpful either. I would very weary of doing business with this person. Saddened to have to leave this review but I am left with no option as I am out of pocket.
