I had contacted the auction house for information on a lot, the nice lady sent me emails, pictures and was so polite and helpful. Even though she was swamped with all the lots and mine was a small one, she took the time to fulfill my every request. She also sent me the tracking number for my package. I wish all the auctions that I participate in were run so well.
