Bidder Reviews for Signens Kunstauktionen (9)

I bought a Japanese print for under 100 euros. Added to my bill was a charge of 49 euros for shipping which seemed at the top end of the cost of shipping to the US from Germany. After I paid the bill for the print, shipping and commission, Signens billed me an additional 47 euros to ship the print to me. I protested the added cost and several weeks later Signens, having replied they would try to find an alternate shipping method, shipped me my print without my paying the additional charge.

The DHLDe (Germany) shipping company its a horror to work with. Transfer from Germany to the Netherlands is unclear in track/trace. Items stay in transit for many days without correct info. And delivery takes far too long. This is absolutely no complaint about Signens, but a repeated situationtion with DHL De in other cases. Kafka is not dead, but very much alive!!
