I had won a firearm back in a November auction, but hadn't received an email after my FFL emailed their license. Waited a bit since I figured they were busy and ended up emailing asking if they had received my FFLs license and when they would ship to send me the tracking number. I received an email within the hour explaining that it had been shipped and an email had been sent out; nonetheless, they still replied with all the information I asked for and suggested the email was sent to my spam folder. Sure enough, it had been buried in the spam folder. 5-star customer service, any fault was mine, will bid again.

Great from start to finish.

I anticipated receiving a garbage scope that I had accidentally bid on. The scope arrived and I actually think it's fairly serviceable. I'm pleasantly surprised. I am also extremely pleased with how it was packaged for shipping. Nicely done, folks. The pistol is as it appears in the photos, however the description is off near to the point of being irresponsible. The description related that the pistol had a tight action which it absolutely does not. In fact, the gentleman that handled the transfer for me advised me not to fire it as the action is loose enough to be dangerous. So, no firing of the pistol. Fortunately, I didn't buy it to be a competition shooter, I bought it to look at and to put on the wall. In that event it will fill the bill.
