Very fair, great service and a positive experience!
I purchased an items from Gun auctions and was extremely pleased. They ship ridiculously fast, much much faster than any other auction house on Live Auctioneers. I heartily recommend this auction house on so many levels. Especially as they do much more work regarding preparing invoices and shipping to FFL, which adds a Sri le other houses who sell watches and jewelry don’t have to deal with and they are still faster than 99.9 % of the other houses on this site. I WILL be back again, and likely again!!

Great company to work with
I was very impressed by how quickly everything was processed. I even had a question and the person I called was able to answer it immediately. I was a little surprised by the 80 dollar shipping cost until I saw my item arrived in a really nice hard case. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

The item I purchased was advertised as a AK74 replica and airsoft gun
The picture look great. It look like it was made of wood and steal. It turned out to be completely plastic and the airsoft portion is spring operated and does not work. I called and expressed my disappointment. I was told it was advertised correctly and a AK74 replica and there was nothing they can do. It turns out this is a cheap plastic toy that does not even work. Not worth a 1/4 what I paid for it. I have been trying to sell it for $35 with an honest description with no takers in 5 months.

Flawless experience dealing with this outfit. Very responsive to customer needs. My FFL was retiring this month, plus Christmas was coming up. I contacted them requested that they ship the firearm I got early and they bumped me to the front of the line. Got the item in 3 days. Very responsive when e-mailing or calling. Great service!!

Screws
After gun was cleaned it fired properly but the handle screws came from another item because the grips will not stay on gun. Have to order them, planned on getting white grips anyway but as on now gun is hard to carry because grips fall off

Did not bid the high amount!
When I hit the bid button it showed $450 but it came out $1800 and I could not with drawl it! Contacting the auction house and Gun Auction was no help!
