Beautiful lamp!

It was a bit scary purchasing an item in Germany. Correspondence was great and I can’t tell you how well my lamp was packaged. It was from Germany to San Diego. Don’t let the language barrier scare you. They will work with you. Buy with confidence.

Simple and Precise

The aftersale process was fast and simple. No doubts could take place due to the precise instructions received. Beauty and quality of the items are always subjective. Items as described, challenging shipping and payment process

Good photos and as described. They add a 5 % fee to use Paypal, otherwise wire transfer is really your only option from the US. The shipper they use is terrible. Took many emails and long delays to get any responses and often took this auction house a long time to reply as well. Was a huge headache to get my item shipped (and payment challenges as well), and I wouldn't go through that again.
