Great communication and fast shipping

I purchased this lithograph and I received it damaged extensively. I paid to insure item which is required by Prestige Auction house and the auction house has refused to properly provide required documentation to UPS. This is going on 3 months now and Prestige does not answer phone or respond to emails. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this place. I paid almost $400 to insure safe delivery and now I am out that charge and the lithograph is now worthless with tears and creases throughout not to mention a totally destroyed frame. My next step is filing a civil case against Lori Porecca and Prestige Auction House. Avoid this seller at all costs.
