While I have always found Annzstiques Auctions to be reliable and efficient, this last time there was a mix-up over payment that was half my fault. As soon as I contacted them, the matter was successfully cleared up immediately and the item quickly shipped. Once before I needed to contact them about some issue and it was resolved very quickly and efficiently.

Item, 18K ring, is not as pictured, delivery date took too long missing the date it was meant for, regardless it's a worthless purchase a big regret overall, waste of time and money!
