I posted an honest review that was not flattering to the seller and to which he took offense. Despite several emails to him directly, I received no direct responses, only a response to the negative review taking issue with my accurate recounting of events. When I called him out and showed proof of the content of my review, he stonewalled me. Now I see that the review has been removed. Was this LiveAuctioneers 'doing at his behest? The bottom line is, lack of communication made this a bigger issue than necessary. Beware of dealing with this seller.

Great auction house with quality items.

His knowledge really shines through in the item descriptions. It is very nice to get that kind of info on item before you bid. One word sums him up, Professional.

It might have been helpful, if I had been calling, the correct number. That's on me! lol

This auction house has a lot of great deals, and they're very flexible to work with. Packaged nicely and received order fast.

Very responsive and timely with sending articles. Shipping was expensive ($85 for 6 small pots and double that for 22 in 2nd auction) but the quality of care for packaging and customer service was 5 star. I would be happy to participate in another of their pottery auctions.

The packaging of the item was impeccable and the item arrived ahead of time in good working order to its destination in Canada. The Major Wisconsin Auctions was very helpful to respond to my concern about not getting any tracking number from UPS. Thank you Gregory. it seems that UPS does not provide that to its International customers. Why? That will remain a mystery to both sender and receiver. J.

I accidentally paid twice (possibly a PayPal issue) and I made contact and very promptly was refunded the second payment. With courtesy and concern. And the articles arrived in a few days!

My entire experience with Major Wisconsin Auctions was great. Easy pay, easy shipping arrangement and quick arrival. The item was in perfect shape and was give as a Christmas gift to a relative who loved it!

First, extremely excited and pleased to first, find this rare piece and then to win it. The invoice was received promptly. I had to contact Wisconsin Auctions to request their assistance in shipping this item to me. This was not a problem. The UPS store they used was top notch. This store did an amazing job in packaging this item and very responsive. Totally pleased with the entire process.

I knew this auction would put the shipping time into the Christmas rush, but they got everything packed and delivered with no issues. They took the time to let me know when it would ship and answered a couple associated questions when I called. I'll follow this auction house in the future.
