The item was advertised as a Capco Globe Body. Sadly, it was not a Capco. It was an EBay knock off. If I would’ve purchased it on eBay, I could’ve had it shipped for free. This was a complete misrepresentation of an item. When you say an item is something it should be.

I was told by the person to whom I gifted this that the fragile item that I gave them probably could have withstood a direct hit from artillery, it was that well packaged!

I was concerned about the fragility of my item and so called right away to ask about packaging and shipping. Stanton was very responsive and explained that they use a shipping company. Advised me to call the shipper right away. So I did and had a good discussion with Mike about the packaging. Offered a choice of two options to pack and a rec for the lower cost one. In the end my item arrived in great shape and the packing was more than satisfactory. All in all a very good experience working with Stanton and their shipping company.

Stantons overall was great. I liked the auction format as it was easy to follow on line. Communication was great and very simple.

We love Stanton's. My husband and I travel there to go to the live auctions and we bid online. They work with buyers, will hold an item, etc. It's like seeing family & old friends everytime we attend an auction

While bidding and paying were easy, getting the product not so much. Three phone calls, over a four week period, finally produced shipping. For me, the continued maintenance of trying to get my item shipped wasn't worth the hassle, or purchase.

Have dealt with Stanton's on many occasions over several years and they are by far superior to other auction houses.

I enjoy checking out auctions you just never know what you will find. And just some times you will be the lucky bidder on some pretty unique items. Know what your looking at and enjoy the thrill of a live auction there is nothing better.

Would recommend without hesitation. I have purchased from them over several years. Wonderful items, safely packed and shipped to Texas.

Stanton's provides super auction services. I especially appreciate the opportunity to review items and bid online when I am unable to attend auctions in person. Stanton's is highly recommended for their trustworthy descriptions and photos of items and their handling of communication in a timely, friendly, and courteous manner.

Best auction experience! They did not receive my payment (I had mailed a check) but they still sent out my item anyway. I paid by a different method, and I sincerely appreciate the trust and professionalism they exhibited despite the postal issue.

Friendly auction house, dolls packed very safe. Fair shipping price.

Normally I only buy from those that offer in house shipping but the third party shippers used here are fantastic. Absolutely no worries with getting your stuff shipped safely and affordably.

I believe that if you are part of a National online auction group you should provide better a shipping offer for better customer experience.
