Very pleasing experience

However, their photos suck. They need to off much higher quality images of their rugs. I would possibly have purchased others if I could have seen what the rugs actually are in terms of color and pattern. The rug I bid on is the only one presented in a good photograph.

Winning an auction is the easy part-its the payment, shipping, pickup, etc that can be tough. Pasargad Auctions was so easy to interact with. I decided to use their shipping option instead of pickup and they added the shipping to my invoice immediately. I had my UPS tracking number next day and had my rugs in my hallway by the end of the week. They were a dream to work with and everything was so easy. Will be bidding from them again! Thank you!

I purchased 4 rugs from Pasargad before moving into my new home and my only regret is that I didn't purchase more. The rugs are clean and in great condition, with vibrant colors that are true to the photos posted online. Looking forward to their next auction!

Fast shipping

I was not completely happy with the color of my rug so thought I'd see if Pasargad would let me exchange it. They didn't have to do it but were very agreeable. They obviously want their customers to be happy! Will be purchasing all of my rug needs from them from now on!
