Great transaction. Items received were just as described. The auction house went out of their way to help me with a reasonable shipping cost. They were very nice and helpful.

it was a very good transaction, from start to finish (in my hot little hands)! I am very pleased with the entire transaction. I am out of state, and just a hobbyist (Not a reseller) so I especially love the ease Ziebarth's Gallery had set up everything. No waste of packing-instead very well wrapped, boxed etc The photo's were very well polished, showed the item as it is (OK, it's better in real life, but don't we all want that?). 5 star rating indeed! tyvm!

I bid in about a dozen auctions a year. First opportunity with Ziebarth's They promptly answered questions, provided in house shipping for very large native american pottery that was extremely well packed. Quite professional, clearly a smallish operation compared to the larger auction houses (Bonhams, Hindman, Morans) but great customers facing support.

Additional fees for online payment and excessive amounts for shipping unfortunately tainted my purchase of a cherished item.

I have sent several emails to Ziebarth's through Liveauctioneers as well as direct emails with no response. After paying for my items and shipping, I requested tracking information. No response. I sent further emails with the same request. No response. Finally, I requested a refund for the purchased item and shipping cost. Again, I received no response. At this point, I wish to let others know of my situation before deciding to bid with Ziebarth's. I have never had such a bad experience with an auction house on this site as I have had with Ziebarth's. Freeman/Hindman, duMouchelle's, Amanda Jeffers, Jeffrey Evans, and others have been wonderful. At this point, all that I want is a full refund from Ziebarth's, although I doubt I will. Please consider my feedback before bidding with this auction house.

Ziebarth's is a valued auction house with a creditable record of offering great items for sale. I will always look for Ziebarth's auction. thanks for the refund as well, that's what great dealers do.

I called and texted, sent emails, and asked for the pick-up address and shipping estimate, but they didn't respond. I also contacted them through liveauctioneer, but there was no response! I am helpless.

Some of the other auctioneers don’t provide good pics or give a good description of what they are selling

they have been very helpful in resolving the problem.
