LiveAuctioneers and I have tried to contact Hunt and Peck Estate Services but have not received a response

The fine folks who operate this auction house have always been great at what they do. Their auctions are fun and very helpful upon pick up. Keep up the great work!

Auctioneer automatically charged my account for shipping despite having notified them that we would pick up our purchases in Fitzwilliam, a mere 30 minutes from our home. When we picked up the lot, we were assured that it would be taken care of and the amount paid for shipping would be refunded. Never received a refund.

Automatically charged shipping of $250 for items that cost them $40 at most to ship. Shipping was stated but they refused to combine. Shipping was 50 % of sale price plus 28 % buyers fee. Did not respond to my frustrated emails and did not offer the option to get my own shipping, just automatically billed shipping. I am a very experience buyer and will never deal with Hunt & Peck again.

My items were shipped next day! …. I couldn’t believe it. Everything was gorgeous and better than imagined.

item listed at 15 inches and item received is 7 1/2 inches. Emailed twice with no response. Tried to call but mailbox is full. Absolutely not worth price paid. Liveauctioneers has not been able to resolve issue either

The listed lots were exactly as described, Size and quality were spot on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.

they required pick up on 1 day only, 2 days after the auction ended that was not noted as such in the listing. also charged an additional fee for moving the chairs since i couldnt arrange shipping quickly enough on the 1 day it was offered. that said, items were as described and in good, working condition.

Everything was smooth from start to finish. I had my item shipped. It was packed well and shipping was reasonable. Overall I am very happy.

Does not get any better!! I’m beyond thrilled with my gorgeous gates. Better than had even imagined. This was easiest transaction for a complicated shipping w heavy antique gates. They went overboard trying to help me. It was seamless from start to finish Wendy

I won 2 Tiffany pieces. Good price. Best of all, they handle the shipping to make it a seamless experience. I hate having to 'shop' shippers for items I won at auction houses that don't provide shipping.

If you bid on a lot of auctions as I do it gets confusing when I have to contact third parties to handle the shipping. I prefer auction houses that offer in-house shipping like this one. My experience with this auction house was a good one.

Hunt and Peck Estate Services is an easy auction house to work with. They are well organized, provide accurate descriptions, and the photos enhance the descriptions. Shipping costs are very reasonable and the rings arrived quickly; both of which can probably be attributed to their in-house shipping. The rings are lovely and just as described and photographed. I'm looking forward to their next auction!

I successfully bid on seven lots at a recent Hunt and Peck Estate Services auction. The experience was very satisfying. When I contacted the firm regarding shipping, etc., the courtesy, information and helpfulness afforded me was exceptional. Their staff was friendly, competent and it was a pleasure to work with them. The whole transaction, from bidding to receipt of the items, was excellent. I was truly delighted with the entire experience. Packing and shipping was outstanding and above expectations. I look forward to working with Hunt and Peck again if items which I desire should become available. The experience was the most pleasant of any which I have had with online bidding.

My other review says it all... but I'll add here, that they are a very accommodating auction house. I'm lucky that it is a fairly short drive for us to pick up our items. Makes bidding a lot more carefree on those larger items of interest!

Fabulous items in better condition than I could have imagined. The Team at Hunt and Peck worked with me to coordinate shipping to PA, as we live outside their general delivery area. So nice, helpful, flexible, responsive. Thank you!
