While their shipping/pick-up instructions say they will send a bill in three business days, they called on day two saying I had until 5PM to pick up my item. After this, I'll make sure I'll be available to pick up on short notice before I bid on an item.

Most of the items were in good shape. The whistle tender did not work and the track contact was butchered to the point the truck needs replaced. I ave not tested the Loco as of yet.

The shippers over charge terribly. They have buyers at a disadvantage and take advantage of it. Charges are double/triple what they should be. I went to a like franchise store to compare and the charges should have been half what they were. Russum should get their clients a discount for the large amount of business generated to the shipper. The fact that charges are more than double is disgusting. Russum should shop the shipping around and do its buyers a favor. Guyette ships for a third less than UPS stores
