AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NEGLIGENT & UNPROFESSIONAL. THESE PEOPLE SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
They packaged a GLASS FRAMED piece of art in ONE LAYER OF CARDBOARD with one layer of bubble wrap while sending a piece INTERNATIONALLY!! Needless to say the piece was completely destroyed. They have since blocked my email and won’t respond to any messaged. I’m shocked this happened on live auctioneers and I will be working to get them banned from the platform. Please avoid these people at all costs.

my experience was good
the work was well packed, the auction house took care of the transport. I asked for more details about the work before the auction and got promptly photographs and all information. recommended.
