i don't know who to blame, seller, delivery or my bad luck.... the sign was in bad shape, medal struts holding it together were bent, and piece missing..... the slot machine was said to be cleaned and lubed and in great condition, my second dime jammed the machine and because the key was bent in half (auction says pick up guy did it, pick up guy says it was like that) and i can't get in to fix, without a working key, i have a locksmith coming the 31st, but he says slot machines are difficult to pick, but he will try (and he's not cheep) all in all this has been one bad headache and very expensive. craig

Definitely did not pick a good shipper. The large vintage sign had 7 detail pictures. I would suggest returning the the lot and seeing the pre-delivery state of the item you purchased. As far as the slot machine per our discussion. Your chosen shipper refused help. I personally watched him struggle with the slot machine putting into his van. I watched him smash your key flat against the slot. There are numerous pictures and a video of your slot with the back on and back off and in perfect working order. All of which are viewable on the website. We are truly sorry he did this to you.

I would not bid here again
I had a bad experience. I felt the auctioneer was unhelpful and very difficult to communicate with overall. That said, I feel Live Auctioneers is partly to blame as well because their email system is inconsistent. Sometimes messages from this auction house would go straight to my gmail, other times they would only appear in the LiveAuctioneers message center, and often I would not get a notification about a new message. While I feel like the replies I got from South Jersey were needlessly rude, it didn't help that I got them days late because of LiveAuctioneers.
