We never received these items, after full payment within hours. We called and called, and they were always polite, but the items never arrived and we had no recourse. It was a huge disappointment to be framed by this auction house. Buyer beware.

Item as described, A + communication, and fast fairly priced shipping! Other auction houses should take lessons!

Antique porcelain charger arrived broken. Auction house submitted damage claim, but it was denied. Shipping service blamed it on poor in-house packaging. I sold other 2 items and recouped most of my costs.

Yes, it took a while to get the paperwork, but it did come, and the folks at this auction house could not have been nicer or more sincere. I certainly would buy from them again.

I appreciate auction houses that do their own shipping and are skilled at packing. Claystrong did a nice job at both.

Items I had receveived notification that I won were awarded to other bidders when I went to pick up items. Seemed as if they were in way over their head with online bidding. Asked me for proof that I won the item and then asked to take a photo of my email so they could show other bidder who they said also won...?????????

Bought online, but I was able to pick up the lot in person. Post-auction, Claystrong was efficient and communicated well. The pickup process was simple and well-organized. The Claystrong people were very nice and interested in ensuring my satisfaction.
