Outstanding seller

This watercolor painting under glass arrived packaged only in a flimsy repurposed Home Depot cardboard box with very thin orange bubble wrapping inside. The glass was completely shattered inside, and it ripped the painting and badly damaged it. The painting arrived ruined. The seller failed in its responsibility to ship the painting in a professional manner. They failed to use proper packaging. No adequate protection was used for the glass. When I tried to do a complete survey of the damage, I got pricked by a tiny shard of glass that was on the frame of the painting. Seller was very careless in packaging and shipping the painting. I paid $83.57 for shipping and the seller failed to ship the painting in a professional and careful manner. Seller was negligent and now refuses to refund the shipping cost to me. Buyer beware. I will not purchase from the unprofessional seller again.
