I am happy with the merchandise I received. Some things were not described very well. Some were damaged that was not in the description. They just need someone that knows their dolls to describe them better. The auction house did offer to take them back but we settled it amicably and I am happy. They auction house took my complaints seriously and are very easy to get along with. I will be happy to do business with this auction house again, I am a happy camper. You will be too.

Great experience here. No sticker shock like with other auctions have high very unexpected outrageous shipping charges. I will come back to this one. Items described well and as good or better than expected. Two thumbs up!!

I have bought on LA for several years. Shipping is usually the unpleasant part for varying reasons. However, this auction house should be the model for how it is done. No need to fret about anything. They keep you posted on everything. They even sent me the tracking numbers by email and text! without me even asking! I really appreciate how they handled everything. It was pain free. Love the stuff I got, too!

It all went well for me with these folks. There was some extra time on the shipping end but it seems that most of it was due to the USPS hanging on to it, for some reason.

Took over 3 weeks for item to be shipped and arrive. Shipping price was a bit excessive but packing and overall quality was exceptional. Owner is a very nice lady and she will respond to calls immediately. I will definitely buy again.

They answered my concern, and then everything went smoothly! The box I won was SO MUCH better than I even thought it would be! I keep it where I can see it daily! I will bid with them again, as a matter of fact I just won another item from them!

Never answer phone call, took 2-3 to reply email. Their suggested shipper acting the same way. there is no ship date after 3 weeks won the item. The worst auction house I experienced. I may call credit card company to dispute the charges.
