Terrible won 3 lots only received two. The guy on the phone was very rude not helpful. Had to call 3 times last time he told me the tracking said I have gotten the lot. When I continued to tell him that I didn't he told me it was in a locker in TX which I live roughly 3000 miles from. Finally got a refund and the rude guy hung up on me. I would never buy anything or recommend this auction house to anyone. As for the guy running the phone how about how taking some customer service classes. ON how to handle a customer.

I've been doing business with Esquis for years & have always walked away satisfied with both product and service.

Extremely easy to deal with on payment & pickup!

I've closed many deals with this auction house, but the most recent one was not a good one. They lost an item and when i reached out for an update start having paid for it, i received no responses. They finally responded and asked for the information that is already on their system, so this seemed a bit off. I engaged love auctioneers support and the auction host finally responded, starting three item: Mike Tyson-Boxing Immortal Autographed Photo Lot 0082A, was lost! Not good service at all. Makes me wonder of they really lost it or just said that.

Of the three large lithographs shipped to me, the glass in one was broken and is costly to replace. O her wise, I am satisfied with my experience.

It's always nice when an on line experience comes off without a hitch. Billing and shipment took place almost immediately anf most of all, shipping costs were reasonable unlike some experiences I have had with other auction houses in the past.

Excellent. Auction and payment went smoothly. Picked up the item without any issues. Just wish they would have provided a box for easier transport. Would happily purchase from them in the future.

Thank you for the seamless responses and support I had during the auction and the days leading up to it. Not to mention the flexibility with your schedules, and especially for being so close in proximity to my home/work. The piece purchased was in far better condition than what was shown in the photos, and I couldn't be more happy!
