I had no issues bidding, paying, shipping and receiving. Items were as described. Looking forward to doing business again with Esquis.

A few things to make people aware of.. shipping was originally est. $20, then after purchase was quoted for $700 through live auctionneers. I was able to setup self ship for $100 (saving $600 in shipping). However, to setup self ship was quite the week long task. I emailed the auction house multiple times to get the information I needed, auction house responded majority of the time with vague answers or not providing information I needed at all. I also had to call quite a few times to retrieve more information. Once I did figure out all all of the logistics, they required a labor/packing materials fee, which was fine but submitted invoice through Live Auctioneer website that I was unable to pay due to having already paid the invoice for the items. The auction house did package pretty well & provide pictures. The quality of jewelry was subpar-most pieces were broken or multiple of the same temu rings in both of my separate jewelry boxes I purchased. Jewelry boxes were in decent condition.

Item was as described. Excessive shipping charges for inhouse. Shipped in a paper mailer with no other support. $21.00 shipping. Took what. 2 minutes to pack it in a free usps mailer.

I appreciate the accurate description of the items in the listing and the photos. Items were as advertised in listing. Would purchase from Esquis Auctions in the future.

Painting was listed as on canvas. It was not. It was a painting on a wood board. Painting was still attractive but this is a significant mistake. Company appears to use AI to describe listings which leads to errors. Employees were nice at pickup.

I had received it on time with perfect packaging

I'll never buy anything from them again. The merchandise I purchased was shipped at an exorbitant rate, there was ZERO package protection, and the merchandise I received was damaged. This damage could have easily been prevented with a bare minimum of padding or bubble wrap. They'll never see another penny from me!

What is there to say with the source auction house. The biggest thing to me is invoicing, payment & shipping. Payment is the easiest via invoicing link or notification (email). Because of the mystery of shipping item, "they" will add invoices for shipping charges, sometimes they seem very expensive or do a "shitty" of packaging. I do not know who to complement or complain to for this item, but it was very expensive, but was packaged very well. The high cost of shipping was it's weight, so I didn't realize this until reception so I'm ok. In the past I've had high costs for shipping pennies that were damaged by usps. Other items that were delivered unscathed.

My order arrived damaged because it was packed without any care; plastic items were stacked directly against metal with no protective layering. As a result, the metal components are bent and paint chipped, and the plastic parts are crushed. Although I intended to use these for parts, the damage has rendered them almost worthless. When I reached out to Esquis, their customer service was aggressive and hostile. They demanded I return everything at my own expense, offering no reimbursement for the original shipping or damages or the return costs. Save your money and stay away from Esquis!

Perfect transaction with easy friendly pickup!

Item was missing part of the advertised and photographed provenance documentation. Contacted Esquis and had to follow up several times to get responses before being told item was lost/not available. LiveAuctioneers only allows 5 days from receipt for filing a claim. Advise any buyer to immediately file claim with LA Purchase Protection guarantee if something is wrong/missing to use their claim process. I trusted Esquis to solve the issue instead their tone was no big deal for not providing advertised elements. Buyer beware
