I am a long time auction buyer on Live Auctioneers for different auction houses..... I found Karls auction and decided to try it out.... I am THRILLED..... Really easy to work with.... Items are fabulous and at great prices.... I will be returning as a customer.... Thankyou

Needs for shipping assistance seems to be overlooked by many auctioneers. Bidders often need to ship items outside the immediate area of an auction house. Many auctioneers, like this one, have only one or very limited contacts. That singular contact often isn't a good fit, or is inappropriate, or not the best choice for some types of items and/or destinations. Shipping isn't a one size fits all matter, where an auctioneer gives one referral or suggestion and then tries to wash their hands of the burden of getting it sorted. This auction house stands out as being such an auction house. They were less helpful, and less prepared than they could have been. If auctioneers want to cultivate bidders, theybshould make it easier for bidders, by doing some serious research and scouting to develop and provide shipping options, especially if they want bidders to return to bid in subsequent auctions I don't recommend this auctioneer... I learned my lesson. I think that auction houses really need to scope out local reputable shippers for both small and large items to recommend to their bidder, and for shippers to be more competitively

After some recent experiences on LiveAuctioneers, it was nice to deal with a seller who genuinely appreciates their customers. I will buy from Karl's Collections again.

I scheduled a pick up of items. When I arrived, the contents was ready for inspection and pick up. It took about 5 minutes to complete the process — very efficient.

It's been great dealing with Karl and Karl's Collections. I enjoyed the quality of the collection itself, and was happy to acquire a unique item. Karl was very helpful and caring in all my interactions, including resolving a minor issue. I am looking forward to the next auction.
