The item I bought was a very obvious fake. Once in hand it was clear. They refused to issue a refund and were actually quite rude. I understand all sales are final, and if it’s something someone could clearly be unaware that it was a fake ….. but it was SO OBVIOUS. Auction houses have a duty to do their best in determining these types of things. These guys are just out for a buck and don’t care who gets burned.

I definitely recommend this auction house. They were responsive to my needs and inquiries, and made the shipping effortless. I am very grateful.
