Matt of North American Artifact Auctions was looking out for my best interests. He caught possible identity theft and contacted me to verify personal information. Too bad Live Auctioneers didn’t show the same concern and ignored my phone calls and did not secure my account. I’m afraid I will have to sever ties with Live Auctioneers as a result. It seems they’ve gotten too big for their britches to bother with the peons who made them rich.

NAAA offers an awesome assortment of specimens and takes great care while packaging/shipping your items-I will definitely be back for more.

Definitely 5 stars! I got the invoice the same day, and once paid, they packed it well and shipped very fast. Nothing like some of these outfits that sit on your items for weeks or make you got through the hassle of a third party shipper. Would highly recommend!
