Furrow Auction Company

Great process, nice people, easy pay, and easy pick up.

I recently purchased an item through Furrow Auction Company via Live Auctioneers in November, and I am absolutely frustrated with the entire experience. After winning the auction and promptly paying for the item, I never received any shipping confirmation or the item itself. Buying through absentee bidding, especially via platforms like Live Auctioneers, is built on trust. You trust the auction house to fulfill their part of the transaction. Unfortunately, Furrow Auction Company has completely broken that trust. I made several attempts to contact them, both through Live Auctioneers and directly via email and phone. Initially, they would answer the phone, but all I received was a run-around. I was repeatedly given vague responses until I was eventually disconnected, no resolution, no apology, just endless frustration. It is now March, and despite months of trying to get answers, I’ve received no update, no tracking number, and no response. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. I feel completely ignored and ripped off. Furrow Auction Company can’t be trusted to follow through on their obligations. Don't waste your time with them, just put them on a blocked list and move on. There are plenty of other auction houses that will value your business and fulfill their commitments.
