Extremely Unprofessional and Unresponsive

CES (Lee) requested I Venmo him directly for shipping charges, which seemed odd to begin with, but given the sale was channeled through LiveAuctioneers I assumed the request was legit. Though I've been assured several times "it's being shipped today" WEEKS have gone by with no FedEx tracking number, no proof of shipping payment/receipt, and even received a note from Lee indicating he wished he'd just canceled my bid given all of the trouble he's had to endure due to my shipment-not exactly great customer service. One month after purchase and I've only directed to speak to the shipper, whose string of text messages contradict themselves and have led to false promises indicating they would provide shipping proof/tracking several times to no avail. This feels disorganized at best, but even worse scammed out of money for both shipping and the actual purchase/won items.

Hi Jacob, Apologies for the delay responding to this. We are sorry you had a negative experience. It was extraordinarily difficult to ship such large items across country. We spent $1, 800 to get them there but honored our original quote of $750 to you. i apologize that the delay in shipping times caused a significant inconvenience. We lost over $1, 000 making sure you received the chairs.
