For me there's so much ore to an auction then just the items up for bid, premiums and shipping costs play a big part in my overall satisfaction of an auction purchase. FLS Auctions hit the mark on all the points that made things go nice and smooth, which would make me do business with them again. Thank You

I had several problems with a private shipper that they recommended and regularly use. I talked to the shipper, Robert G., on the phone when I called FLS Auction to make payment on my two items which were a bear rug and an elephant foot stool. He told me that he would deliver my two items for $200. He also told me that he would bubble wrap the foot stool and put the rug in a box. He was several days late delivering my two items and the foot stool was not wrapped up and the rug was not in a box. When I asked him about the rug not being in a box he acted like he never said anything about that. The rug had some debris in it and he suggested that I should brush it. Also, there was a string tag with the lot number attached to the top of the seat of the foot stool with a piece of Scotch tape. When I pulled the tape off it removed the black color from the seat and left a mark. The shipper also couldn't remember how much he quoted me to deliver my items. I would never use this shipper again.
