nerver shipped item, too expensive!

This is a ridiculous review since his comments have nothing to do with us. This is the unfortunate case of a newer buyer not doing his due diligence before an auction and bidding on large pieces of furniture without thinking about the shipping cost. He knew that we couldn't ship this item in-house and waited until after the auction to ask us if we knew any 3rd party shippers who could ship his rocking chair. We suggested he try uShip. Once again, we didn't give him a shipping quote; he received quotes from 3rd party shippers that he contacted. I guess some people just have a hard time admitting fault.

A Happy Customer.
Items were just as described, the payment process was easy, and best of all, they offer in house shipping and it was reasonable! After getting bitten several times, I will not bid w/any house that does not ship.
