According to the shipping company, delivery was attempted twice, and delays arose due to customs procedures and documentation issues handled by the customs broker. Please note that we have been actively assisting throughout the process, maintaining communication with the shipping company and supporting you in resolving the situation. As indicated, shipping is handled by a third-party provider, as we do not operate our own logistics service. Dear Mr. D., Please note that if you tried to contact us by email or phone during the month of August, you would have received an automatic reply stating that our offices were closed for Summer Holidays from the 9th to the 25th of August. We would also like to remind you that on the 7th of August we contacted you requesting the Identification Number required for the export documents. Unfortunately, we have not received a reply to this request. We kindly ask you to provide the necessary information at your earliest convenience so we may proceed accordingly. Kind regards

The Auction house not fullfill his obligations
I bought 5 lot of pens from this auction house, the pens come with deffects, missing parts, the auction house promised to partial refund me 100 euro, then the administrator in the auction house keep playing by time with me, asking about my bank account information, and back and forth with messages between us, then they retreat the offer for 100 euro partial refund and deleted all messages between us concerning the refund, so here is a heads up, if you buy something from this auction house and the item come with deffects you will never get any partial refund plus they decive the buyers

Honest auction house
Was a very straightforward process purchasing from them they assisted at every stage. I happen to be taking a trip to Europe and was able to pick up the lot during their normal business hours without any notice. Will make an appointment next time but they were very accommodating given the situation.
