Within about 4 weeks after my payment, I have sent 5 messages and emails to this auctioneer. But never get responded. The shipper used as Livauctioneers who was same unprofessional as Gorden Fine Art Gallery. Takes about 5 weeks to receive my item. Mess management, long time shipping period. A very bad experience.

I have been trying to get a status on my shipment. Slow to reply back. Rec'd one response, but have since sent another email and left phone message with no acknowledgement on status of shipment.

The problem I've noticed for this seller is that I can hardly trust this seller when bidding on their Chinese porcelain since there are too many fake item that are listed for bidding while they hide all the provenance info. I think this hurts the seller's reputation a lot and makes it so hard for future buyers to make final purchase decision even if they run into a potentially good stuff on the listing.
