Explained pricing, and bidding, well. They kept me posted on the items I was interested in and having someone hold jewelry in their hands gave me a better idea of how big the jewelry were in comparison.

BIDDER BEWARE! This auction house will provide numerous photographs of an item and conveniently conceal in them considerable damage and condition issues, making no mention of them. Their terms remove them from any liability and place the responsibility on you as the buyer. That would be fine if they were honestly representing the condition of their items, which they are not. I purchased a hornbill taxidermy skull for education purposes (I teach comparative anatomy). The listing included 7 photographs of the skull from all angles, at least I thought until I received the item. Turns out, all the sides they showed (including 4 photos of the right side of the skull) were in excellent condition, but the left side of the skull was conveniently not pictured and heavily damaged. Have never had a problem with a seller on LiveAuctioneers and always left positive reviews, including for many similar taxidermy pieces. Based on my experience and those of other reviews I am now seeing for this auction house, on the other hand, seem to intentionally mislead bidders on item condition. BIDDER BEWARE! Buy elsewhere!

Sold a custom knife to me that arrived with a warp in the blade, and they conveniently managed to conceal the angle showing that in their auction listing pictures. They had UPS do pick up, pack, and mail which costed $70 to mail something that weighed 1 lb. 3 oz. UPS for this service, mailing standard UPS Ground billed it as 6.0 lbs. and charged accordingly. DO NOT TRUST this auction house. Deceptive listing practices, And per their auction rules, they can and will sell you junk with no recourse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, buy elsewhere …

Everything went smoothly up until the moment when I opened the box and realized a piece had been left out. "Here comes a whole bunch of nonsense" I figured. But I sent a message hoping they'd make it right quickly and easily, or at least without too much hassle. And-can you believe?-they did! I got a quick response and the last piece was in the mail to me very shortly thereafter. No nonsense. Much appreciated.
