Alice Callahan tries hard to present an accurate catalog for each item, everything is fair, I was quite concerned about the “safety” of the fragile item in delivery. But it came safely and amazingly in a timely manner. Well done & thank you!

I had a terrible experience with this auction house. From the moment I won my item, they consistently dodged every attempt I made to schedule a pickup. Their hours of availability are extremely limited and inconvenient, making it almost impossible to arrange a time to collect my purchase. Even after numerous emails and phone calls, they failed to respond in a timely manner — or at all. When they finally did get back to me, the staff was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude and condescending, acting as if I was the problem for wanting to retrieve the item I had already paid for. To top it all off, they had the audacity to threaten me with extra fees if I didn’t pick up within their unreasonable time frame. Overall, it was a deeply frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this auction house to anyone. Buyer beware!

Of course I was happy that I won the painting, but I was even happier that paying for it and getting it shipped were easy. I just love it when things work the way they should. I can't wait to hang my new treasure!

I was disappointed with the lack of communication and miscommunication from the shipper. I would be reluctant to use the preferred shipper in the future. For a pottery pitcher, the packaging was some bubble wrap in a cardboard box. A little pricey! Auction house is fine.
