Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful! My item arrived safely and was well-packed. The music box is in the same condition as pictured. However, the disc shown in the product images was not included.

They basically sat on items I had won for two weeks before sending to the shipping company. When I called, a somewhat abrupt/rude guy expected me to call the shipping company and figure out what was going on. I told him that I did not select the shipping company and they needed to do it and follow up with me. I never heard back from them, though I did eventually get my items. They sure didn't hesitate taking my money, however. Poor, poor way to run a business.

Macon Brothers went out of their way to help coordinate shipping/delivery while I was out of town and without phone service. Very positive experience.
