Macon Brothers runs a tight ship, very professional
I enjoyed receiving the three signed albums quickly in as advertised condition. I have had several successful auctions through Live Auctioneers, and I recommend them to my other memorabilia collector friends

Why sit on something for two weeks?
They basically sat on items I had won for two weeks before sending to the shipping company. When I called, a somewhat abrupt/rude guy expected me to call the shipping company and figure out what was going on. I told him that I did not select the shipping company and they needed to do it and follow up with me. I never heard back from them, though I did eventually get my items. They sure didn't hesitate taking my money, however. Poor, poor way to run a business.

Very helpful in coordinating shipping
Macon Brothers went out of their way to help coordinate shipping/delivery while I was out of town and without phone service. Very positive experience.
