I am enjoying my great bargain finds from Heritage Gallery Auction. Easy going staff there. If you purchase items here that can be shipped by FedEx/UPS I highly recommend enlisting Anthony at East End Pack and Ship for excellent packaging and very reasonable rates.

This was my second time participating in an auction at Heritage Gallery Auctions. The pace of the live auction was ideal, not too slow like it is at some auction houses. I also liked the video and audio feed during the auction. There is a UPS Store right near their location that will pick up your purchases and pack them up and send them to you. I opted to have my regular shipper pick up my purchases because of the large size of the statues. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience, and I look forward to participating in other auctions at Heritage Gallery Auctions.

Tidy storefront auction house, very transparent with on line and streamed in person auctions. Very helpful with arrangements and with pick-up. Good documentation and communication. I'd bid with them again.

terrible people. recommended a shipper that was not good. item came severely damaged. the owner of the auction house said she couldn't help me and hung up on me. stay away from these people

Auction house not very eager to ship or assist with shipping process. Took over a month to receive item after a fiasco with one of their recommended shippers. Shipper held item hostage and then finally when auction house recovered item to use another shipper, it was double the original cost. Horrible customer service. Don’t use this auction house if you are expecting quick turnaround. Auction house should’ve offered to cover the shipping to keep the customer happy but instead I was charged double than originally quoted by the lackluster company.

I like bidding at this auction house. Responsive and made it easy to work with every time I use them.

The process was great. They communicated clearly, shipped fast and packaging was secure for a delicate object. Great overall experience. I wish everyone was as professional!

I purchased 6 lots totaling almost $5, 000 in my most recent purchase from Heritage Auction Gallery. HAG relies on you to look at the photo's instead of written providing condition reports on their lots, except for when they actually do post condition notes in which case they are not accurate, misleading and not helpful. So why would they bother to post anything about the condition when it is not accurate and they don't stand behind it? Who knows. A bronze sculpture I purchased had significant wear to the finish, I thought it was a rustic finish in the photos, no condition was stated. A silver teapot had a missing piece in the handle, this was obvious and photographed really well but no condition provided. A silver card box I purchased stated "Overall good condition, see photos." I could see some of the condition issues but no where near all of them. It is in decidedly POOR condition. Also, I contacted them but they did not bother to reply.
