Totally fraudulent auctioneer!
I bid on a vase in their auction and was notified that I had won it at 400 euro. However the live auctioneers bidding history showed I was outbid by someone at 425 euro. When I asked for an explanation, Horizontal Encheres claimed that a staffer had clicked twice. What exactly does that mean? In-house shill bidding to boost the price? So I refused to pay. They also wanted over 200 euro to ship a 10cm vase. Avoid these scammers!!

Currently, we have formally entered into a partnership with a new logistics provider offering enhanced cost-effectiveness and more convenient services, and such issues will be completely eliminated moving forward. However, we wish to clarify that your request to cancel the transaction after refusing to pay the relevant fees is inconsistent with auction industry regulations and the agreed terms between both parties, and thus cannot be accommodated.

This is a very bad auction house
Do not buy anything at this auction house it is a Chinese auction company all the goods are fake prints and the smell of paint is very heavy You won't be able to contact them when you're done paying They will send the goods out of China and it will take a while and of course you will not be able to contact them This is the worst auction house ever do not buy anything
