Beautiful eggs

I missed bidding on the item in an earlier auction. The lot hsd been passed with no bids. I contacted the auctioneer, and he said in substance: don't fret, i will list in the next auction. He did and I won the bid! He then really went above and beyond. He hand carried it to UPS for me. He also maintains a very good relationship with the local UPS and they contacted me and when I spokevwith them also raved about how much he cared about his work and how great it was working with him. The UPS there also did a very fine and careful job packing the item. All around, a great experience.

What I liked most about this auction house was the personal attention and accuracy of the items I was bidding on. I won 6 dolls, all needing fixing up and some repairs. Of course I had lots of questions and everything was answered to my complete satisfaction. Care was given in preparing them for proper shipping because antique dolls are delicate. I could not have asked for better service. I was very pleased wen the dolls arrived to see how well they had been described to me. Antique dolls are not like furniture and their value depends on their condition. This auction house went beyond what is required to make sure I was satisfied.
