Looks like they use AI for condition report
They didn't note significant damage to the surface of the image. Although now that I look at the photographs I can see it. A crease should be noted when the card was significantly bent at some point. "The photograph itself shows good clarity and contrast with minor surface wear. The cardstock mount exhibits typical age-related toning, some edge wear, and slight corner bending."

Bought 100 pieces of vintage and high end vintage jewelry
Price was good. 6 pieces were not useable and trashed 1 piece was broken but useable 15 pieces were missing stones but repairable Rest were good to ok quality

There is quite a bit of surface rust that you cannot see in the pictures. No mention of this rust in the description.

If you had brought this to our attention at that time, we would have certainly worked with you. After reviewing the lot you won, there is a clear picture of the "quite a bit of surface rust" I believe you are speaking of.
