I bought 11 items at great prices, but he kept 2 items and resold them without notification. He says there is a 30-day grace period for pick up but sold my bowl after 3 weeks. The other item, a photograph, was there for months so I accept that one being sold. I had emailed multiple times about the photo being listed asking him to withdraw it, and he never responded or mentioned he intended to sell the bowl. I asked for a refund saying that he would lose me as a client that has bid on many items that I didn't win helping him make more and that I had just moved my store to the area. I didn't say that I have spent close to $10K through LiveAuctioneers in the past year or so. I did say that I wanted to continue being a good client. This he called extortion and insulted me on multiple occasions. His items sell well below their value, so you may find it worth the risk. Officially, you have 10 days to pick up or arrange shipping. Be careful.

Very glad I won this online auction. The images in the listing were clear and showed all angles, so the figurines I received were exactly as expected. They were shipped promptly via UPS and arrived safely. The calculated shipping was not accurate for these teeny tiny pieces (weighing about one pound) and Salem was able to adjust the shipping upon my request. They have a very responsive, polite, and professional customer service team. I would do business with them again.

I have family in the same town as the auction. After winning I contacted the auction house to arrange for local pick up and staff was very polite and accommodating. I’m used to having to pay a premium to ship from auction houses (not all, but most) and this was a simple and pleasant transaction. Will definitely follow this auction house!

Salem Auction house advertises that they offer shipping. They take the items to UPS and UPS packages and ships them for ridiculous prices and they will make no effort to stop them from doing so.

Had an issue with my mailing address.. they contacted me more than once to make sure they had the correct info, the contacted later to make sure I received the item
