1) This buyer wrote after business close Friday. Today is Monday. Hardly not responsive. 2) The "poorly packaged item" was placed in poly fill and then boxed, more poly fill, then boxed again and placed in a larger box with other items. Hardly improper. 3) The item wasn't actually even broken. They made it up. 4) Buyer demanded more money back than they paid for the auction lot. 5) Buyer then tried to return another lot because they said it was described wrong with the wrong size/dimensions. Unfortunately measurements were shown and the buyer completely fabricated another "issue" to magically force a return. In other words this is fraud. This is a bad buyer. It confounds me how any of these issues could be our fault. It is also confounding how we could have improved service. The item wasn't broken. The other lot was described correctly. This buyer wasn't billed for packaging materials. They weren't billed for labor and the package for 7 lots cost more to mail than $86. Not to mention it shipped in less than 24 hours after payment.

Shipping was pre-quoted before the bids were even placed. He knew up front before he bought the stuff. 5 Large boxes went out. The charges to the buyer didn't even cover the actual postage. He was never asked to make up the difference. Moreso, the buyer was NOT charged for boxes, was NOT charged for packaging materials and was NOT charged for labor to wrap or ship. The packages shipped in under 48 hours from payment. They were all delivered in less than 7 days from auction close. The lightning fast service this buyer received is almost beyond comparison, especially on liveauctioneers. When confronted with the details he decided to ridicule the packaging materials. Lets be blunt: poly fill is a recycled material used in teddy bears, couches, pillows, sleeping bags, batting, ect. It can be bought from craft stores and other hobbyist or business supplies. It is often recycled and comes in many different colors, often mixed colors. If you want to denigrate it as used pillow, we can't help you. It's perfectly clean, but the fact remains that it is a better packaging material than polystyrene "popcorn peanuts" or paper as both of these crush and do not rebound. All the packages arrived super fast. Nothing was broken. And the only problem here was the buyer complained about the postage he was already quoted before he bid. He demanded a refund on multiple occasions. This whole charade is nothing more than an extortionist review to force a refund of postage so this buyer can turn around and make more money and when he resells the toys. This buyer is among the worst on the platform, lessens the platform and hurts the community. If I could I'd post the buyers messages for everyone to see.

"Didn't return a shipping quote", but some how managed to wrap and ship in house for the buyer? Seems factually inaccurate. "Package way overkill" seems to imply the packaging was great and the item couldn't possibly get broken. Sounds like this buyer didn't actually review the listing where the shipping was, * shockingly looks at notes * prequoted before he bid !). Listen folks, we ship fast, we ship well. If you don't want to be waiting 2 months for your item to show up and you actually want it to show up, unbroken, we're your guy. We don't like games where the auction house pawns your item on some random shipper. We don't like people waiting weeks for those guys to ship and we don't like the mystery of shipping quotes after you bid. That's why we pre-specify the shipping price ahead of time for everyone to view before they bid and personally handle everything in house. Thats about the best service you could ask for. And did we say fast shipping?

Thank you. We take great pride in making sure each package will arrive undamaged. Utilizing large boxes and large amounts of packing materials ensures safe delivery. If our greatest flaw is using too large of a box and too much packaging we are doing a good job. We would rather be overzealous than using a smaller, tighter box as that would risk damage.

Your items were wrapped and then packed with synthetic poly fill which is the same thing in bed pillows. It is one of the highest quality packaging materials that can be used. It is much better than packing peanuts or paper and cushions just as a pillow because that is what it is actually used for. Please review that Raw insulation is PINK and made of FIBERGLASS. You can see it at home depot. If you touch it, your skin gets itchy. If you noticed your skin was NOT itchy. It was NOT raw insulation. Also your item was not wrapped in used scrubs. It is completely inappropriate that you make things up. Also your "4 tries" over a short period is also dishonest and misleading to other bidders. Your items were shipped immediately. You got exactly what was shown the pictures. Lightning fast shipping. World class packaging to prevent damage. Your items were in hand less than 2 weeks from auction close and the only reason it was that slow was your dallying on payment. All emails were answered and everything was delivered as promised in an unbelievably fast manner. We have sold over 51, 000 items. We know what we are doing. It is unfortunate we have to put up with situations such as this.
