The Item received isn't exactly what was pictured or described. I was contacted after the auction and told it would be a different band (not a downgrade. It was a 2021 watch, not an unworn 2023 as described.

Between the picture, the description of the item and the 3 phone calls I had with hilda answering all my questions I felt I knew exactly what I was getting. Rest assured the item arrived and it was PERFECT!!! Hildas staff is very helpful, very prompt with returning phone calls and it has been an overall pleasurable shopping experience!! Please do not repeat my mistake buying anything from this company. Their ‘ estimate retail value ’ is totally unrealistic and given to fool you. Even in report sent along the item it was 10 times lower … Completely dishonest auction house
