Succetti Gallery auction listings are excellent-their photographs are clear and generously detailed-their staff is friendly and helpful. You know what you are getting when you bid here. Their in-house shipping is superb. The hard-to-find pottery arrived thoughtfully wrapped and double-boxed, and the shipping charges were surprisingly economical. Unpacking was easier than usual, thanks to the limited use of tape. Everything was beautifully done.

They were very prompt with shipping and service for a small item I won. The packing job was really very great and used good materials. Impressed.

I love buying from Succetti Gallery. They sell high quality vintage costume jewelry with which I have recently become obsessed. Each piece is hand-wrapped in tissue paper, pieces in a set are wrapped in a matching color tissue. Then the pieces from one lot are put in a plastic baggie. That is then put in a cardboard box with other baggies and surrounded with more tissue. All this ensures that the jewelry arrives in the same condition it was in when the photos were taken. The shipping is done within a few days of the end of the auction. It is always reasonably priced. This makes sense, after all, as they are in the jewelry/auction business-not the shipping business. Some auction companies charge as much, or more, for the shipping than the jewelry! I have been very pleased, and I will continue to do business with Succetti's as long as their professional practices continue!

I just do not understand why something so small cost what it did to ship. I get items from all around the world and most of the people I buy from, actually give me FREE shipping. Only here in the USA do I get charged for it to come to me here in Pennsylvania. I don't understand, and I would like to know why that is.

Great communication goes a long way on this platform. Every message I sent was answered promptly including as the auction was running. When a glitch didn’t allow my bid to go through and the lot passed, the auction house was able to add that item to my order and update my invoice immediately. My items were shipped promptly and I received a tracking number via email. Shipping was very affordable and there were no unexplainable handling fees. When I received my items they were very throughly and separately wrapped. I was able to acquire some very unique items from this auction house and I am pleased with my purchase. I’ve participated in 7 different auctions in less than 2 weeks on this platform and my experience with Succetti has been the best so far. I would participate in another one of their auctions without hesitation. Also there was the lowest buyers premium I’ve encountered so far so I feel that this house is very honest and trustworthy.

I have now purchased jewelry pieces from 5 auctions held by Succetti Gallery in Highland Park, IL. I am very impressed with their professional practices and attention to detail. The items listed begin at reasonable amounts so I am able to actually win many of the items on which I bid. Then those items are individually wrapped in soft tissue, small baggies, and then a box ensuring that they will arrive in the condition I expect. I have never been disappointed. I hope to continue to do business with Succetti Gallery for years to come!

I bought twice from Succetti Gallery in a short period of time. They have great auctions, fair prices and offer shipping too, all while combining items for shipping to keep the cost down. I have added this Auction House to ones I follow and will definitely buy from them again without any hesitation.

I love most all of the items that I bid on and won. Great selection of items. Unpacking was problematical because of how a multitude of unbreakable items were unnecessarily individually wrapped causing a disproportionate and voluminous amount of time to unpack. The items werr received in a reasonable amount of time, although perhaps tookma bit longer because of the time spent individually and unnecessarily wrapping dozens of unbreakable items. I would definitel bid on items again from this auctioneet, but would absolutely ask them to pack them more pragmatically. Overall a very good auctioneer with good items running an honorable business.
