The auction was great, was in real time and you could keep track of the progress.

after being informed I won, payment was quick and I received my items quickly.

Billing and shipping was quick and easy. Arrived well packaged.

John, seemed very unprofessional when I asked why I was not sent a lot that I had won. He told me I got it for a "steal" price. He was going to look into it. I never received a call back so I reached out to LiveAuctioneers for assistance. While they were extremely pleasant to deal with and had a lot of nice words, they are woefully impotent when trying to deal with the independent auction houses, especially AtAuction, in my case. Be wary when dealing with this auction house. They demand you live up to their auction house rules but completely disregard them when the rules do not favor them. I was eventually issued a refund for the specific item even though their rules clearly stated I had become the legal owner of the property (i. e. I won the bid, received the invoice, paid the invoice and the AtAuction house accepted payment. They then refuse to ship the item to me, claimed that they were the owner, modified the LiveAuctioneers record of my win, listed 'my item' as having 'passed', and then without my permission, denied my ownership claim. I am not happy.

Smooth sailing. Items exactly as described. NO excessive add on costs and reasonable shipping fees. 5 stars for this auction house.
