My experience with Neo FineArts Inc. was excellent. The pictures were accurate. They charged $45 to ship eight luncheon plates, using UPS. That compared to using UPS stores from West Coast to East Coast was very reasonable, and certainly better than Live Auctioneers shipping costs.
