I have not received my items.
I have messaged the owner and spoken with him for months to send my items or refund my payment. He has done neither. This is absolutely terrible!!!!!

Our auction ended on February 6. He did not contact us until June, demanding the items be shipped. We hold items at our auction hall for 45 business days after auction close [ clearly stated in the auction rules ]. Thereafter, the item is relinquished without refund. Rudely demanded his items months after the auction closed. We are an auction hall, not a permanent storage facility.

Fastest shipping process I have experienced in a while!
I called as soon as I paid my bill and they made sure my lots were picked up two days later. The shipping company was also very quick and I got my items in a couple of days.
