Hi Carl-We have been communicating with you since 6/21 about your order. I do apologize that you did not receive tracking information as soon as it shipped. Our auction had over 620 + items that we have been working very hard to get out for ALL of our customers. We are a small team of less than 10 people trying to ship all of these items as quickly as possible & we do not have a system that automatically generates & sends customers tracking information. You asked for tracking information prior to your order shipping, so it was not available at that time. You did request it again & it was provided to you right away. I apologize for any in convince that you have had with your experience with us, but I do fell that "Lack of communication" is a bit of a stretch here. Just wanted to clear the air! Thanks!
