Unfortunately the shipper didn't know how to pack fragile items. 5 items were damaged and broken into pieces.

They went out of their way to help especially with international postage. The staff were gracious and kind with all interactions. The items arrived in Australia in just under 5 days. I am so impressed with the whole experience
