White Galleon is a company with impeccable integrity and outstanding customer service!!!! I used to run a billion US $annual revenue company and truly understand customer service. White Galleon gets five gold star ratings from me!!!! After the auction was concluded, I received a message from White Galleon that the shipping costs were much different than they quoted prior to my bidding. They were very apologetic and wanted to do whatever I thought was fair. We collaborated and arrived at a mutually agreeable cost. I admired them for having the integrity to step up to the plate to have a collegial discussion on a very sensitive topic. But their integrity and customer service principles shown bright one more time on this transaction. When I received the item, I discovered that it had been damaged in shipment. It had been dropped and the cast base of the clock broke. UPS was the shipper and conducted an investigation. They never talked to me, just determined they were not responsible from photos. After UPS failed to admit to their responsibility for the damage (and it obviously was), White Galleon stepped up and showed that they are a company to be trusted. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!!! They are truly awesome!!!!
